Curious Jobs is a website for people with an interest with other people’s jobs. The idea came to me when I saw an advert for a TV program that featured dangerous jobs. The job I saw was an electricity pylon cleaner (pretty dangerous eh?). It made me think, how do you get a job like that? I’ve always wanted to find out what people really did during their working day. Being a games tester was a job I had always wanted to do. But when I actually did it, it wasn’t all as I expected it to be. I had to find out the hard way of actually doing it for 1 year.
Curious Jobs attempt to provide honest and personal experiences of previous or current jobs that people have undertaken. This information could be used by job seekers or even career changers. This site differs from normal job information websites because it provides actual views from people who have experienced the job already, not something that has been filtered or digested by a copywriter.
